Store Policy
VestaShop offers the following Returns and Exchange Policy:
- You can return an item within the first fifteen (15) days for any reason.
- In order to receive a refund or a replacement, all products must be unused, including all original materials and enclosed in their original, undamaged boxes.
- It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
- The cost of returning an item to us is not covered.
- To return your product send an email to support@vesta-life.com to receive an RMA number.
- Please include your RMA number with your return.
